Hello po! As it’s summer time and a lot of catering orders are flying and also questions. Figured we’d post this for clarification!
When ordering “a tray” or our catering packages. It is the size of “the full tray”. Our default tray for these orders is the standard size of “steam table pan” measurement is approximately Top Inside Dimensions: 11 3/4” x 9 3/8” Bottom Dimensions: 10 1/4” x 7 7/8” x Depth: 2 9/16”
If you want 1/2 tray, please indicate when ordering.
Measurements approx. “Length: 12 3/4” x Width: 10 3/8” x Depth: 1 11/16”
If you want long pans, please indicate when ordering
Measurement approx Length: 20 3/4 Inches
Width: 12 13/16 Inches x Depth: 2 3/16 Inches
