The shooting of the podcast is complete. We will keep all of up to speed on when it will drop.

We fell off the rails a bit at times, like a couple buddies just shooting the s**t. We dive into pasta, hospitality, Italian vs Italian American cuisine, introducing rural America small town to big city flavor and much more. To be recognized and invited onto this podcast with the best chef’s in the US is quite incredible.
