Permits are in, things are moving. It may be slow, but at least we can start seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. The city has been busy with a lot of other inspections.
In the meantime, Trevor and Jim will be on Fox morning news this Thursday. They’ll be talking about the coffee and our shop and our collaboration with Clementines.

Cold Brew 🤝 Ice Cream
Collaborating with , we morphed two of our favorite treats into one irresistible flavor: Espresso Royale.
We start by blending our sweet cream with "Big Ed" cold brew, a dark roast coffee flavor made with a blend of Ethiopian and Sumatra beans for a rich, bold coffee taste with hints of vanilla and brown sugar. Then, we steep the dairy in coffee beans for two days before we churn it into ice cream.
The result? A creamy, coffee-forward ice cream with vanilla bean flecks. This is your next afternoon pick-me-up!

Well folks, we have been told we cannot put an awning up on the Plaid building and apparently no business on a state owned road may now put up an awning. I would like to see this changed.
I think this needs to be addressed more. It is crazy. The rule also applies to sidewalk seating.
I am curious how this is all going to turn out and change the look of 157 and 159 in Edwardsville.
