It’s Friday yall and we’re about to turn things up here at the smokehouse lots of Que to go around big things coming in the near future stay tuned as I work through all the new releases and ideas!!!! Scaling a business definitely takes a lot of hard work and dedication, as an owner I must say this wouldn’t be possible without YOU 👉 💪 my supporters and believers 🫶🏻 my menu is only going to get better I know it’s been the same for a minute but I want to bring in new creations and proteins I’ve just been super focused on other things but now… now it’s time things start changing around here. So here’s to a bright future 🍻 and a sneak peak at the inside of our food trailer I still have a couple small things to finish up for the final inspection and licensing!!

We’ve got TWO brand-new smokehouse creations ready to satisfy those BBQ cravings!

🥪 The Carolina Sting – $14�A Carolina-style pulled pork sandwich loaded with our epic tangy Carolina vinegar BBQ sauce and served with a regular side. It’s smoky, bold, and packed with that signature Carolina kick!

🥪 The Hillbilly – $16�This beast starts with sliced brisket, gets piled high with pulled pork, then gets smothered in our rich house cheese sauce. Served with a regular side, because a sandwich this big deserves some company!

Huge shout out to Skinnywrench Cycles VIP Autobody & Towing Smokin for coming out and helping put on one heck of a bike night we had approx 100 bikes or so in and out during tonight’s event💪 Scooter Trash was in the house and got some epic footage for us!! The place was packed up with some awesome bikes from all over. I was a little busy through out the night so I didn’t get much footage but I did manage to get a little footage of the mayhem before we wrapped things up for the night 😳 definitely was a huge success couple things I could have done a little better but overall what an amazing evening with some great friends!! Thank you to everyone who came out tonight and had fun!!
