This appears to be a traditional drink, however, it packs a punch. Made with our own infusion of jalapeño tequila, Triple Sec, House Sour, accompanied by a lime wedge and a salt rim, all served on the rocks.

If you can’t take the heat, don’t worry, we’ve got a great selection of tequilas to choose from.

Look closely and you'll see a familiar name. Chef .peacock's father was an influential American jazz bassist, and Niles has multiple posters honoring his father in the restaurant. 🎵 Early on, his father played with jazz greats such as Albert Ayler, Paul Bley, Bill Evans, and Miles Davis. ⁠
