1. Fried dumpling. Juicy chicken and mixed vegetables wrapped in delicate dumpling skins, cooked to perfection and served with our signature homemade dipping sauce or chili oil.

2. Spicy Beef slices with freshly poured chili oil. Tender sliced beef tossed in our house-made chili oil dressing with fresh garlic, green onions, and a savory seasoning. Bold, aromatic, and full of flavor. Fried potato dice with chili oil. Diced potatoes tossed in a fragrant chili oil dressing with fresh garlic, green onions, and savory seasonings. 3. Chicken Eggroll. Crispy golden rolls filled with chicken and mixed vegetables, fried to perfection and served with delightful sweet and chili sauce

4. Scallion Pancake. Golden, crispy on the outside, soft and flaky inside. Made with layers of thin crust and fragrant green onions, pan-fried to perfection

5. Dan Dan Noodle. Fresh Noodles topped with savory seasoned ground pork in our signature creamy peanut sesame sauce -- an absolute classic Chinese dish.

6. Chinese Pickle Noodle Soup. Fresh noodles served in a rich broth infused with the tangy flavor of traditional Chinese pickled mustard greens (salty and sour), topped with savory sauteed ground pork and tomato.

7. Edamame. Steamed young soybeans, lightly seasoned with sea salt for a simple, fresh, and satisfying appetizer.

8. Ice Jelly. A refreshing, silky jelly dessert drizzled with real brown sugar syrup and topped with assorted toppings for a perfectly sweet finish. Toppings include peanut, sesame, dry grape and hawthorn.

Due to a family emergency, the owner will need to travel back to China. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our shop from April 20 through May 4. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 5.
