A long-awaited update (and a new chapter)

It’s been 2.5 years since we closed our doors, and we’ve missed this community every day.

As many of you know, Chef Rachel had to step away to focus on her recovery after a deadly accident. We are so happy to share that Chef is healthy, thriving, and speaking at gatherings/events/churches and sharing her story.

While Moni’s remains a beautiful part of our past, the journey is continuing in a brand-new way. We’d love for you to follow Rachel at her page for the announcements she has coming soon!
