Some guests become more than guests. They become part of the story of a restaurant.
Today, we remember Billy Bock, a very special member of the Boulevard family. For years, the Chef’s Table was his table, and our original bread pudding was always a favorite.
There will always be an empty chair where Billy once sat, but the memories he made around our table will remain.
We are grateful to have been a small part of so many evenings shared with him, and we will miss him dearly.
