Steve's Rib was founded by Steve and Karen Seikel in 1988 in the parking lot of a grocery store. The people of Edmond loved his barbecue so much that he was able to open a store of his own in the same shopping center. Steve's ribs and barbecue continued to to bring joy to the people of Edmond, and in 2005 he was able to open his first full-service restaurant less than a mile east of where he first

started and 25 years later is still giving Edmond the best barbecue and ribs that he has been serving since day one.
