We’re looking for a Operations Director to join the Chick-fil-A Edgewater family!
In this leadership role you’ll guide our team of shift leaders, drive operational excellence, and help create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll use data and metrics to improve performance, train and develop team members, implement new initiatives, and foster a positive, respectful, high-energy workplace.
