We’re looking for people who show up, work hard, take care of their teammates, and understand that the details matter.
Experience is great. Attitude, reliability, and work ethic matter just as much.

As Chef puts the finishing touches on it, we want to hear from you. What's something you can't get around here that you'd love to see on our menu? Doesn't matter what kind of food it is — you'd be surprised what a steakhouse kitchen can do.

We've been listening. Service is what people around here talk about most... and at Edge, it's going to be priority number one.
We're looking for a lead server. The person who holds the standard, trains the staff, and knows the menu-- food and drink-- as well as anybody in the building.

We thought about calling it Edge Steaks, Seafood and Cocktails. Got a little wordy. But that's how seriously we're taking the bar.
Edge Steaks and Seafood opens in Edgewater later this year, and we're hiring our Lead Bartender first — before any other bar staff. This is the lead seat, not a part time bar shift. Whoever takes it will have a say in who bartends alongside them.
Ownership is building the drink program. You'll help us execute it, train the bar staff, and keep it sharp. Sunday brunch with bloody marys and mimosas. A full banquet program. A bar that holds its own next to the steaks.
You'll be behind the bar on the busy shifts. If you know how to run a well, send your resume to

We've started the hiring process at Edge Steaks and Seafood, and the first person we're looking for is our kitchen lead.

If you or somebody you know would be a fit, we'd love to hear from you.

We need somebody who can hold the line in a busy kitchen. Steakhouse or similar experience, cooking to temp night after night without the quality slipping. Somebody who cares what leaves the window and can lead a crew.

You'll help build the systems and the standards, and you'll have a say in how this kitchen runs.

Good salary, five days a week.
