Janssen's Lakefront Restaurant

10/10/2026

What an incredible day! Y’all showed up and showed out, raising over $3,200 for The Storehouse Food Pantry in Greers Ferry. Having this community stand with us means more to our family than words can say.

A huge shoutout to Justin Wammes, Nathan Atkinson, Hunter Janssen, and especially Michele Winston for running the Grab & Give today. They, along with the rest of our amazing team, always make us proud.

As we lean on this community, we also want to invite everyone to join us in honoring our son. We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Connor Janssen this Tuesday, October 13th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the restaurant.

Please come by, share your memories, and help us celebrate Connor’s life. Food and refreshments will be provided. We love y’all and thank you for being here for us.

Update: It’s over the food is gone!
We raised $2,298 in cash for the Storehouse Food Pantry! I’m not sure what everyone donated through PayPal!
Thank you to everyone!

We’re going to fill these tables with fish plates and prime rib croissants shortly. I’m asking that you don’t open the boxes. They will be marked on the top of the box. The left side of the table is carrot cake, chocolate cake, and salted honey peanut butter pie. There will be fried catfish plates with French fries and hush puppies, and a few fried redfish plates, cold prime rib croissants with creamy horseradish sauce and chips. Y’all donate generously to the Storehouse Food Pantry! We thank you!

We thank you all for the prayers and keeping the family lifted during this difficult time as we grieve and honor the life of Connor Janssen.
We will be closed this week but we are doing a GRAB AND GIVE FISH FRY edition Friday! We will set up the table in front of the restaurant with catfish plates, carrot cake, and chocolate cake! Tim and Beth ask that you give generously to the Storehouse Food Pantry in Greers Ferry!
There will be a barcode on the cooler to scan to give directly or you can throw cash in the cooler!
Be on the lookout for the post in the morning! Again thank you all so much!
