We’re looking for a hands on team member with strong line experience, a passion for fresh seafood, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining consistency, organization, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Ensure sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld
Assist with menu ex*****on and seasonal specials
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and high-volume service
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Open Positions:
• Line Cooks: Experience preferred. High volume, fast pace, strong team atmosphere. (Housing available for qualified culinary candidates!)
• Hosts: The face of the restaurant. Friendly, organized, and great under pressure.
• Bussers & Food Runners: High energy, fast on your feet, and team-oriented. Keep the restaurant moving and the food hitting tables hot!
