We've had this vision for a while. This summer we lit the fire. The smoke is our own now, every rib, slice of brisket and pastrami, every pound of pulled pork is cooked right out back, low and slow while the island sleeps. Grab some food, pull up a chair on the patio, take it to the beach or to your table at home.

Juicy, juicy house-smoked Brisket and house-smoked half chicken dinners available today. 3 - 6pm or until we sell out. Includes cabbage apple fennel slaw and smoked gouda mac 'n cheese.
