Dick's Drive In is a family-owned restaurant located on Washington Street in the historic downtown Leaksville area of Eden. Famous for our hotdogs and homemade Bar-B-Q, we also offer a wide selection of daily homemade meats and vegetables, as well as sandwiches and homemade desserts. Come check out our family atmosphere, as well as our quick service and courteous staff. Breakfast Special: $5.59 +

Includes 2 eggs, your choice of bacon or sausage, one side item (grits, hash browns, apples, gravy, tomatoes, etc) and biscuit or toast. Double Cheeseburger $6.59 or 2 Hot Dogs Special: $6.59 +tax
Includes small fry and medium drink. Hot Dogs are $1.99 +tax each.

1 meat with 2 vegetables + choice of bread: $7.99+tax
1 meat with 1 vegetable + choice of bread: $5.99+tax
3 vegetables + choice of bread: $4.99+tax

Some of our daily meats and vegetables include:

Hamburger Steak, Country Style Steak, Fried Chicken, Chicken Livers, BBQ Chicken, Baked Ham, Turkey, and Chuck wagon. Creamed Potatoes, Pintos, Pickled Beets, Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad, Fried Okra, Fried Squash, and Slaw. Our very own BBQ cooked in our barbeque pit! Mac & Cheese is served on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Homemade salmon cakes and strawberry cobbler on Thursdays! Our homemade vegetable beef soup served daily..Yummmm

Check us out on Tuesdays and Saturdays for our homemade Spaghetti!! Wednesdays are banana pudding day! Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are brownie days! Homemade desserts made fresh daily!! Including: coconut pie, chocolate chess pie, pineapple cheesecake, Peanut Butter Pie!!

Think about the last time you watched a dog catch a breeze in his ears out of a car window, or the absolute bliss of finding a five-dollar bill in your jacket pocket. God designed our world with a built-in capacity for delight. Yet, so often, we treat our daily lives like a high-speed obstacle course. We rush through our mornings, gulp down our coffee, and look at minor disruptions as major hostile attacks.🌸
What if today, we intentionally paused to appreciate the "little things"? It doesn't mean we have everything perfectly together. It just means we are so full of gratitude for the present moment that the stress of the future loses its grip.🌸
Instead of focusing on the mountain of tasks ahead, we might take a single minute to celebrate the ordinary .. like how delicious is your morning coffee .. or how that simple text from a friend warms your heart, .. or fortunate you are to be loved by family and friends.🌸
As we go about the week ahead, let us be reminded to slow down enough to see the beauty God has scattered across our day. When things get busy, help us be reminded to take heart, laugh a little louder, and trust that He already has tomorrow completely covered for these are the true weapons of a cheerful heart.🌸
