Our Kentucky community comes together when one of our own is lost.

The Eddy Creek Marina Resort family joins in honoring Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Phillips and supporting his loved ones during this heartbreaking time.

A little crunch, a little Cajun kick, and plenty of reasons to grab a table at Echo Charlie’s.

Start with our Bruschetta Parmesan Dip with Crostini—warm, creamy Parmesan topped with bright tomato bruschetta and served with crisp, golden crostini.

Then dig into Cavatappi Cajun Pasta, tossed in a velvety Cajun cream sauce with sautéed peppers, onions, and Parmesan. Choose blackened chicken or blackened shrimp, pictured here.
