We're slowing our roll on Saturday mornings and opening at 10am instead of 9.

We had such an amazing time with so many of you at Fall Fest last weekend!

Thank you to everyone who came downtown, stopped in to see us, supported the local vendors, and showed some love to all of the small businesses that make our downtown special.

One of our favorite parts of Fall Fest is simply looking out and seeing so many happy faces. Families, friends, neighbors, and people from all over our community walking the streets together, laughing, eating, shopping, exploring, and just enjoying being together.

That kind of community is something pretty special, and we don't take it for granted.

We were incredibly busy, a little exhausted by the end of it, and very grateful for every single person who walked through our doors.

Thank you for supporting local.
Thank you for supporting downtown.
And most of all, thank you for being part of this wonderfully weird little community we love so much. 🌿

We hope we get to do it all again next year!

THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER AMAZING YEAR!

We had the best time this last weekend at Fall Festival with you! From our fantastic vendors and food trucks, to our incredible performers and artists, we'd like to say a big thank you to everyone involved in helping make this year so special!

And we'd like to say a big thank you to EVERYONE who attended! We couldn't have done it without you all having so much fun! We hope you had a wonderful time enjoying all that fall fest had to offer! More photos to come!!

We'll see you again next September!

Fall Festival weekend is almost here, which means our little corner of downtown is about to turn into organized chaos.

Saturday, the Eau Claire Fall Festival takes over the whole street and it is hands down one of the busiest, weirdest, most fun days of the year for us.

We’ll have a booth out front, a full crew inside, and we’ll be cranking out food, coffee, whole fruit smoothies, sodas, and all the other good stuff that keeps people wandering around happy. Ride your bike and get yourself some free sunshine added to your favorite cafe drink.

Yes, there will be a ton of food trucks. Yes, you should absolutely eat your way down the street. But when you need a good drink, a smoothie, a place to cool off, or something a little more Wonders of Nature, you know where to find us.

And don’t forget to make your way to the back of the shop. We may have a few special things tucked away for the weekend.

If Saturday crowds make you want to disappear into the woods, come see us Friday instead and grab your weekend goodies early.

Friday: 10am to 5pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm
(Happy hour after 3pm everyday!)

Come downtown, wander around, eat too much, people-watch, support local businesses, and enjoy the madness.

We’ll be ready for you.🫵

We're so excited to be partnering with and Bike Chippewa Valley this year at Fall Fest to provide a Bike Valet!

If you're looking for an eco-friendly alternative way to get down to Fall Festival this year, feel free to bike on over to Downtown! The Bike Valet is free to use, and a team of friendly CORBA Volunteers will happily keep your bike safe and secure while you enjoy all the artists, vendors, food trucks, and more at Fall Festival!

We need your help again TODAY.

Senate leadership, many lawmakers and the White House support an extension of the federal h**p deadline to give lawmakers a little more time to work toward common-sense rules instead of wiping out an entire legal industry overnight.

And now Senator Ted Budd is leading an effort to remove that extension and put the sweeping federal h**p ban right back on track for November 12.

That is incredibly frustrating.

We have never argued against regulation. We support age limits, testing, responsible packaging and sensible rules. What we cannot support is exterminating thousands of small businesses, farms and jobs when Congress has another option sitting right in front of them.

Please take one minute today and tell your Senators to KEEP THE H**P EXTENSION.

You can use the H**p Supporter VoterVoice Action Center to quickly contact your Senators. Enter your address, and it will identify your representatives and provide a message you can send or personalize with your own story:

For Wonders of Nature, this is deeply personal. The h**p side of our business has helped support our café, our staff and everything we’ve built downtown over the past 7 years.

No matter what happens next, we will always be grateful for the love this community has shown us.

But right now, we still have a chance to fight for a common-sense solution.

Please make your voice heard.

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, August 1st, paid parking will officially begin downtown.

We know a lot of people are frustrated by this change. We understand it, and honestly, we share many of those concerns. For more than a year, we’ve been speaking up about how paid parking could impact small downtown businesses, especially at a time when many of us are already navigating a very difficult economy.

But as frustrating as this change may be, we want to gently ask our community not to let it become another reason to give up on downtown.

Downtown Eau Claire still matters.

It’s our river walks and bridges. It’s the farmers market, the music, the cafés, the small shops, the family-run businesses, and the people who have poured their lives into creating something meaningful here. Downtown is part of what gives Eau Claire its character, and it needs community support now more than ever.
We’ve done our best to make this transition easier for our customers.

Paid parking does not begin until 1:00 PM, so many morning coffee runs, breakfast stops, lunch visits, and early shopping trips won’t be affected.

We also worked with the City to add a free 15-minute quick parking spot in front of our shop for those fast café stops or quick in-and-out visits.

A parking kiosk has also been installed in front of Wonders for anyone who would rather not use the Passport app. You’ll be able to use a credit card or quarters right outside before coming in.

And if you’re stopping by after 1:00 PM and the meter is the thing standing between you and a visit, please come in and talk to us. We’ll keep some quarters on hand. We would much rather help with a dollar of parking than have someone feel like they can’t stop in.

These are uncertain times for many small businesses, including ours. Over the next few months, we have a lot ahead of us, but we’re still here, still showing up, and still doing our best to serve this community with good coffee, good food, good products, and a space that feels welcoming.

We hope you’ll continue to hang with us.

Please keep supporting downtown. Keep visiting your favorite local spots. Keep showing up for the businesses that make Eau Claire feel like home.

We appreciate you more than you know.🙏

The h**p side of our business fully supports the Eco café and makes it possible for Wonders of Nature to continue serving our community.

If you've enjoyed what Wonders has brought to downtown Eau Claire over the years, we're asking for your help. Please take a few moments to read this, speak up, and let your elected representatives know how you feel.

Your voice truly matters, and the time to act is now. Thank you for your support—we couldn't do this without you.🙏❤️

🚨 CONGRESS IS WRITING THE CONTINUING RESOLUTION (CR) THIS WEEK 🚨

The decisions about whether a h**p extension is included are being made right now.

This may be our best opportunity to secure a two-year extension of the current November 12 deadline.

Without an extension, most of the h**p products Americans legally purchase today could become unavailable beginning November 12.
This would be the end of our business and most others that have been building a community with legal access for 8+years.

The White House has called on Congress to extend the implementation deadline. Now Congress needs to hear from the people they represent.

⏱ Take 3 Minutes. Complete 2 Actions.
📧 1. Send Your Letter

Text SIGN PVMWIZ to 50409

A letter will automatically be prepared and sent to your U.S. Representative and both of your U.S. Senators.

📞 2. Call Both of Your Senators

Capitol Switchboard: 202-224-3121

Ask for each of your Senators and say:

"I am a constituent from [City, State]. Please ensure the upcoming government funding bill includes a two-year extension of the Section 781 implementation date, from November 12, 2026, to November 12, 2028. This matters to me because [one sentence]."

This Week Matters

Congress is drafting this legislation now. Once it's finalized, the opportunity to include this extension may be gone.

Whether you're a consumer, patient, veteran, farmer, retailer, manufacturer, or simply someone who believes adults should have access to legal h**p products, your voice matters.

Please take three minutes today to send a letter, make two quick phone calls, and encourage others to do the same.

Every message helps. Every call counts.

Stop down before your 4th celebrations.
We'd love to see you!
