Smackdaddys is rolling into The Brewing Projekt TONIGHT from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a truck full of great food and absolutely no regrets.
Come grab your favorites, pair them with a cold drink, and enjoy a Thursday evening where someone else does the cooking.

Smackdaddys Weather Update

After reviewing today's forecast, we've come to the conclusion that standing outside in severe weather sounds like a terrible idea.

Due to the weather, Smackdaddys will be CLOSED today June 10th Markquart Motors Lake Hallie

The truck is staying parked, the buns are staying dry, and we're staying on Mother Nature's good side. We know it's disappointing, but we'd rather see everyone safe than see our menu flying through the neighborhood.

Stay safe, stay dry, and we'll be back as soon as the weather stops showing off.

Here's the shenanigans we've managed to get ourselves into this week...

We've had a couple of private company events on the calendar this week. Apparently feeding employees great food is becoming a thing, and we're fully on board with that idea.

The good news is we've still got some fantastic public events where you can find us.

Some people make sensible plans. We decided to cook a ridiculous amount of food because self-control has never really been our thing.

We'll be serving up all your Smackdaddys favorites while soccer players run miles and parents somehow spend an entire weekend sitting in lawn chairs. We can't explain it either.

We'll also have some kid-friendly options available that are sure to score points with the younger crowd. Because after running all over the field, those future soccer stars are going to be hungry.

If you hear cheering, follow the sound. If you smell Cajun-Mediterranean goodness, you're definitely getting warmer.

FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY

Smackdaddys is rolling into Food Truck Friday with Cajun favorites, Mediterranean classics, handcrafted pastries, and absolutely no intention of keeping things reasonable.

Smack Fredo – The boss of the menu. Our signature creamy Cajun Alfredo loaded with blackened chicken and packed with bold flavor. Rich, hearty, and the dish that put Smackdaddys on the map.

Loaded Mac & Cheese – Rich, creamy mac and cheese piled high with blackened chicken, blackened shrimp, and smoked andouille sausage. This isn't a side dish pretending to be dinner—it's the main event.

Gyro – Loaded with tender gyro meat, fresh toppings, and cool tzatziki, all tucked into a warm pita. Fair warning: if you can eat this without wearing some of it, you're probably a professional.

Loaded Dirty Rice – Our Cajun dirty rice loaded with blackened chicken, blackened shrimp, and smoked andouille sausage. If flavor had a volume k**b, this dish broke it off.

Italian Combo – We start with a handcrafted roll, then add Italian beef, Italian sausage, melted cheese, and giardiniera because moderation wasn't invited to this party.

Dubai Strawberry Croissant – A handcrafted Smackdaddys croissant filled with strawberries, Nutella, and our Dubai-style pistachio kataifi filling. Crispy, creamy, sweet, and just a little ridiculous in the best possible way.

Berry & Pastry Cream Parfait – Layers of fresh berries and silky pastry cream that make the phrase "I'll skip dessert" sound completely unreasonable.

Some people spend Friday making weekend plans.

We spend Friday baking fresh breads, handcrafting croissants, and making sure nobody leaves hungry.
