The guy who’s up before anyone else and works harder than anyone I know. Whether he’s behind the smoker, serving customers, or taking care of our family, he shows up every single day and always gives it his all.

Being a dad to four girls AND running a full-time catering and event business is NOT for the faint of heart 🤪

We’re all so lucky to have him. Our family, our customers, and all of Lehigh Valley BBQ. Without him, none of this would be possible.

We’d like to think it’s our exceptional service, attention to detail, and years of catering experience that keep our clients coming back for more…

But our 𝙏𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙮𝙖𝙠𝙞 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙆𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙗𝙨 are certainly making a pretty strong case for themselves 😏🍍🔥

Stacked with juicy marinated chicken, fresh bell peppers, sweet pineapple, crisp red onions, and a generous glaze of teriyaki sauce, they’ve become a favorite at rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, and celebrations of all kinds.

And honestly… just look at them 😍 Can you blame anyone? We can’t 😜

Over the weekend, we celebrated all four of our girls and their birthdays! 🎉

With two birthdays in April, one in June, and one in July, it just makes sense to throw one big celebration together. 🥳

A huge shoutout to Abbey at Party & Pop Balloon Co. for bringing each of our girls’ personalities, interests, and visions to life. Just look at how creative, unique, and fun these Balloon Stacks turned out! 🎈✨

Our girls somehow love all the same things and completely different things at the same time. We’ve got demon hunters and cowgirls, dinosaurs and princesses, Toy Story, Spider-Man, Mickey and Minnie—you name it! And Abbey absolutely nailed every single theme and made sure each balloon stack perfectly reflected each of our girls. 🤗🥰

While we definitely recommend ordering ahead (and we absolutely know better 😅🫣), Abbey was kind enough to put this together for us on short notice, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
