Four years ago, my dreams came true and I opened Erin's Street Bistro. It's been a roller coaster ride, but even through the downs I loved every second of it. I appreciate so much the connections I made with people and want to thank everyone for helping to make my business what it was for three amazing seasons: my happy place.
I have decided to take a step back and have sold my truck. It is definitely bittersweet, but I am so looking forward to my next adventure and am equally as excited for my dear friend, Amanda, as she expands her amazing business.

Thank you to everyone who came out today for Taste of Albert Lea (Central Park) ! It was a beautiful day of sunshine, great music, & awesome food!
The weather might not cooperate for the rest of the night, so we’ll be wrapping it up early.

We are so excited to be back in Easton Thursday! This patio area is just THE best, the bar is AMAZING, everyone is SO incredibly nice - come check it out for yourselves! It’s supposed to be picture perfect, so join us for dinner and drinks outside! 🥪🍻🥃🍀

Due to the extreme heat today, we will not be at Three Oak Vineyards and Winery/ Three Oak Wines.
Yesterday, the truck temps got up to 132, so we’re going to keep everyone safe today. 🥵

What better way to celebrate Labor Day weekend than good food ALL WEEKEND!!!

We’ll be at Three Oak Vineyards and Winery/ Three Oak Wines Friday evening (5-8pm) and Sunday (2-6pm) with music & w**e & all your bistro favorites!
Saturday we’ll be participating in Daisy Fest (11-4pm) at Central Park with lots of amazing vendors, activities, food, & fun!
