Starting tomorrow, every bag of coffee purchased at Sekawan will contribute $1.50 directly back to the coffee farmers who make it all possible.

When you bring home a bag of coffee, you’re doing more than supporting a small business. You’re joining us in giving back to the people who nurture the land, harvest the cherries, and dedicate countless hours to producing the coffee we enjoy every day.

At Sekawan, we believe coffee is best shared—not just in the cup, but throughout the entire journey from farm to table.

Did you know we dropped some merch a couple weeks ago? 👀

One thing we really love about the caps is the fun little phrases on them — because we’ve always believed coffee should have personality too. A little witty, a little expressive, and something that feels like the kind of conversations shared over a good cup.

Caps, mugs, and a few things made for your daily coffee routine — whether you’re headed to work, the mountains, or hanging around the cafe a little longer than planned.

And for those who grab one of our mugs, thank you for being a part of something bigger too. Your support helps move Sekawan toward our goal of going single-use cup free by January 2027 — one reusable cup at a time.

A little heads up for the next few weeks 🤍

There will be a few dates where the cafe may be closed or running on shorter hours as we navigate staffing through the busy summer season. We put the announcements on our Instagram Highlight Stories / Google Business for that matter.

One thing that’s always been important to us is serving coffee with care, intention, and consistency, and as a very small business, finding baristas locally who truly understand specialty coffee has been more challenging than expected. Rather than stretching the team too thin, we want to make sure every drink and every experience still feels like Sekawan.

Thank you for continuing to support our little cafe and farmer’s market coffee booth through every season. We truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and support more than you know 🤍

And if you happen to know any specialty coffee baristas who’d be a great fit for Sekawan, we’d love to get their names! 😊

As Natalia heads into a full stretch of back-to-back weddings through the end of May, we’ll be taking a little pause from the Wenatchee Valley Farmers Market and will be back on June 6th!

In the meantime, come hang with us at the cafe instead 🤭 Our Kawan Baristas will gladly keep your caffeine cravings well taken care of.

Next Sunday, May 17, Wenatchee will host its inaugural ride with the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride initiated by and Cameron. The ride will begin at the Trades District and it’s truly an honor to be part of what we hope will be the first of many rides to come in our city.

What makes this even more meaningful is being part of a bigger cause. My dad passed away from prostate cancer, and his story reminds me how important awareness and early detection truly are. Better understanding can save lives.

As one of the sponsors, Sekawan Coffee will be opening a little later this Sunday at 10:00 AM. We’re dedicating our morning hours to fueling these gentlemen with their much-needed caffeine boost before the ride.
