Every graduation day, our graduating employees gather around the giant for a photo. What started as a simple picture has become a tradition we look forward to every year.
Watching these incredible young people grow, work hard, and reach such an important milestone is truly special. We’re proud to celebrate their accomplishments and grateful they're part of the Gus's family.

Community means more when you get to grow something together.
Each year we have the privilege of partnering with Ryan Holle and the horticulture students from East Troy High School to bring our front garden to life. From designing the beds, to prepping the space, to planting every detail, these students poured their creativity, hard work, and pride into this project.
Watching young people invest in their community like this is something special, and we couldn’t be more grateful to work alongside such talented kids and dedicated educators. Thank you for helping make our space more beautiful and for reminding us what community partnership is all about.

Seven years ago today, something pretty special happened here at Gus’s. After more than a year of searching, planning, and a whole lot of determination, we brought our original refurbished Muffler Man, nicknamed Canada Guy home to Gus's. What started as a crazy idea turned into a journey, and now it’s become part of who we are.
Our giant isn’t just a statue.
He’s a piece of Americana. A throwback to a time when roadside stops had character, personality, and something that made you smile before you even walked in. Over the years, we’ve watched thousands of memories unfold right in front of him…
First visits.
Graduations.
Family traditions.
Kids growing up year after year in the same photo spot.
Car cruise nights.
He’s been in the background of it all, quietly becoming part of your stories. He is even on our Billboard.
Looking back at these photos and video reminds us how much heart went into bringing him here. It wasn’t quick. It wasn’t easy. But it was worth every second. Because preserving pieces like this matters.
We’re proud to keep a little bit of that classic American spirit alive right here at Gus’s, and even more grateful that all of you have made it meaningful. If you’ve ever snapped a picture in front of our giant… you’re part of his story too. And we thank you!
