Today, we honor our namesake, Cathy Turner, on what would’ve been her 59th birthday ❤️.

Cathy was an unbelievable mother, wife, and friend to many across Long Island - a true selfless soul who always looked out for others first no matter what obstacles were placed in her way.

It’s Cathy’s generosity of spirit and compassion for her community that inspired us to start this business, and it’s her legacy that we hope to honor with each day that passes.

A few days ago, several of Cathy’s lifelong friends (dating all the way back to elementary school!) gathered together to celebrate her life and continue the tradition she started by donating blankets to Blankets Warming Hearts, the foundation Cathy created which we carry on today.

Thank you all for the love and support today and every day since we opened last fall. As one of our co-founders likes to say, we’re just out here trying to make our moms proud ❤️. Here’s to hoping we’re doing just that 🤝.

The customer feedback on our pizzas lately has been out of this world 🍕🙏, and it’s all due to this man…The Maestro, our co-founder, Tom.

The most recent praise came in the form of a gift - this incredible apron courtesy of the Roadkill Cafe - which Tom was gifted earlier today by one of our generous customers. And while we’ve never had the privilege of visiting this fellow roadside establishment, we can’t help but feel we’d be kindred spirits.
