We’ve been thinking about this for a while, and today we decided it’s time to put it into action.

Starting this week, every night Gia’s Pizza Kitchen is open, we’re putting one extra large pizza on the table for a local family who could use a little help.

No judgment. No questions about someone’s circumstances. No need to explain your story publicly. Just a good meal for a family who may be having a tough time right now.

If you know a family who could use dinner, send us a DM with “THE FAMILY TABLE” and tell us a little about them. We’ll take it from there.

And if you’re the family who needs it, please know there is absolutely no shame in reaching out. Sometimes everyone needs a little help.

We’re a family-owned restaurant, and we believe taking care of our community starts with taking care of each other.

WE’RE BACK, BABY! 🇮🇹❤️

After a week we definitely didn’t plan for, Gia’s Pizza Kitchen is officially REOPENING THIS THURSDAY! 🙌

Little Mark is ready to get back behind the line, the ovens are ready to fire back up, and we are READY to see all of your faces again!

Seriously, thank you to everyone who checked in, shared our posts, sent messages, and stuck with us while we worked through the craziness. Your support means more than you know, especially to our family.

Now it’s time to get back to what we do best… GOOD FOOD, BIG FLAVOR, and that old-school Italian family feeling. 🇮🇹

And YES… we’ll be announcing this week’s specials on our story later tonight or tomorrow, so KEEP AN EYE OUT! 👀

Gia’s Pizza Kitchen is looking for experienced waitresses and bartenders to join our team on a fill-in basis. These positions could potentially become permanent for the right person.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Works well as part of a team
• Is comfortable using a POS system
• Can keep up in a busy dining room
• Is dependable, friendly, and hardworking

To all of our Gia’s family,

I just want to take a minute to say thank you. Honestly, I don’t think “thank you” is enough for how much your patience, understanding, and support have meant to me this week.

I’m truly sorry to everyone whose reservations we had to cancel, and to anyone who had plans to come see us that we couldn’t keep. I know you make plans, you look forward to your nights out, and you choose to spend them with us. Having to turn people away and cancel reservations was not something I ever wanted to do.

This unexpected situation has been incredibly stressful, but the kindness we’ve received from so many of you has reminded me why I love what I do, and why Gia’s means so much to our family.

I’ve always wanted Gia’s to feel like more than just a restaurant. I want you to feel like you’re coming into our home, sitting at our table, and sharing a meal with our family. Your support has allowed us to keep doing that, and I will never take it for granted.

So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for sticking with us, for understanding, and for giving us the time we need to get everything back in order.

We’ll be back next Thursday at 4 PM, and I truly hope you’ll come back and see us. We can’t wait to have you through our doors again, cook for you, and get back to doing what we love.

An Update From Our Family

We’re so sorry to have to share this, but it is officially confirmed that Gia’s Pizza Kitchen will have to remain closed for the rest of this week.

Our walk-in cooler suffered an unexpected breakdown, and unfortunately, the repairs are taking longer than we had hoped. We’ve been doing everything we can to get it back up and running as quickly as possible, but we don’t want to rush the process or compromise the quality and safety of the food we serve you.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience and for anyone who was planning on coming in this week. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support more than you know.

We’ll keep everyone updated and will let you know as soon as we are ready to open our doors again.

To all or our amazing customers,

We’re so sorry, but unfortunately, Gia’s Pizza Kitchen will have to remain closed this week due to an unexpected and catastrophic failure of our walk-in cooler.

We’re doing everything we can to get it repaired as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, this is something we can’t safely operate without. As frustrating and disappointing as this is for us, we have to make sure everything is safe and up to our standards before we can reopen.

We sincerely apologize to everyone who had plans to join us this week. We know how much you look forward to your time with us, and we’re just as disappointed that we won’t be able to serve you.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our family and our little restaurant. We’ll keep you updated and hope to have our doors back open very soon.
