For those who have any issues which require gluten free, dairy free, &/or prefer vegan options - we can provide you with those. Simply Southern Bakery is still providing freshly made baked goods to our Chattanooga clients & more! Our format has changed a little. We now require prior notice ( a week or two ) in order to fulfill your requests! We currently work on a three month schedule, due to Commitments already booked on our calendar! We would be honored to make that Wedding cake, Birthday cake or Something Special for you & your family. Because we are Scratch bakers, We bake by recipe.
