Captain Grille Company I have been in business of making stomachs smile with specialty meats and sauces for over 7 years by catering parties, events, and private gatherings.

After perfecting my chicken recipe, I ventured into ribs where I received my most praise by combining sweetness with a dash of spice to create an explosion for the senses. When customers began requesting BBQ sauce for other meats and general, I decided to try my hand at making my own sauce that would pair well with anything I grilled and out came the Yellowhammer sauce. The rest is history.
