Oh, friends -- Nordic Cottage has your breakfast, and what a breakfast it is! Along with the regular breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and drinks, today's special is something that will brighten your day: Swedish pancakes! Swedish pancakes are thin, crepe-like pancakes that are tender and buttery, served with toppings like lingonberry jam or whipped cream. They are a delightful cross between American pancakes and French crepes, and oh so tasty! Today's special includes four pancakes with Lingonberries and whipped cream, if you'd like, priced at $6. You can top off the yum with a side of your choice of meat for $1.50. I'm not sure that you could start your Saturday better than with these pancakes, friends!

Hej! Hej!!! Our business is a place for relaxing, feeling comfortable, and enjoying fika. We unfortunately had an incident where my staff was videoed and picture taken of them without their permission. At no time do we allow videos or pictures, unless we are asked beforehand. My staff was made uncomfortable and could not perform their jobs to other customers. We do know who has done this and will contact who we need to, to make sure this does not happen again. I am very upset as a business owner that this has happened and I feel I need to make a public post on Facebook
