Due to the never ending rise in the cost of lettuce we have taken action and made our salads smaller. The only other option was to increase our prices but we didn’t want to lose any customers.

The only way a person could honestly make that claim is if they’ve eaten dog waste before.

There are really only two options here:

They’ve eaten dog waste.

Or they’re lying.

I try not to associate with people who do either one of those things.
