Last Thursday our kitchen turned into a classroom, and what a night it was.

Chef Michael walked a room full of guests through four courses, hands on, start to finish. Fried beefsteak tomatoes crowned with shrimp and scallops. A bright Summer Classic Salad. Chicken Cinecittà, named after Rome’s famous film studio. And Cherries Jubilee to close it out, warm and just a little dramatic.

Good food, good people, and a whole lot of laughs. This is what a night at La Novella feels like.

25 years ago, Michael opened the La Novella doors and said: everyone who walks in here is family.

They meant it.

This July 6th, we are celebrating 25 years of handmade pasta, candlelit tables, and dinners that turned into memories. La Novella is hosting an intimate evening to say thank you to the friends, the regulars, and everyone who has made La Novella feel like home.
