Cooked the old fashion way with our famous recipe that was passed from generation to generation! The word esquites comes from the Nahuatl word ízquitl, which means "toasted corn". It's basically corn without the cob, and we serve it your way. With cheese, Mayonnaise, butter, and chili, lemon, and salt(optional). Our menu also includes;

-Guaraches (beef or chicken)
-Tostadas de tinga (chicken with

red chili)
-old fashion elotes (with the cob)
-Aguas frescas (Horchata, Jamaica, Pineapple)

We are the one and only with authentic food. As you know everything is going up, but my model has always been to serve our customers the best quality with authentic flavor, even if that’s more expensive. We will never cheat our customers to save money! Once again we are not CHANOS RESTAURANT, CHANOS G.E, or any other names they use out there
