I did a thing! 2 years ago I was standing over a Blackstone grill in my backyard day dreaming about opening my own Food Truck. Today we made that dream a reality and got to do a full circle moment, cooking for the kids at EBHS where I graduated from! I cried when I saw it wrapped for the first time and all I want to say is that God is Great, Trust in Him with all your heart and stop doubting yourself! You have an idea? Persue it. You have a Goal? Work at it. You have a Dream? Chase it! You're the only thing standing in your way!

We're so excited for our annual Cinco de Mayo celebration this year and its Taco Tuesday!! To celebrate we WILL be open for LUNCH this upcoming Tuesday 5/5 at 12pm! This is for all the locals who always ask when are we opening for lunch, well this is for you!

Social media is full of Filtered Perspective, we show what we want people to see... I wanted to get raw for a minute and share a private moment I thought I'd never do. But this morning it was heavy on my heart. This is a POV of 1 year ago turning around to face a room full of my friends, family and loved ones on our Soft Opening for Los Bandoleros Tacos and realizing what GOD made possible for me. I had been to some of the darkest places in my life and in that moment I realized HE saved me, HE pulled me out of my personal Hell and provided all of this. It still is and will be one of the most beautiful, special and humbling moments of my life. I won't ever pretend that any of it was possible without him and turning my life over to Jesus Christ. I can't believe how fast a year has flown by, I am grateful to be on this journey with so many amazing people and can't wait to see where year 2 brings us!
