Opening at noon for pantry, only. First come, first serve, only. I will not be able to hold back anything today. Please do not take more than you need. That's our only "rule".

We have over 30 dozen eggs, breads, lunch meat, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera...

I also have milk in the back.

Change of plans today: The kitchen will be closed so we can solely focus on the pantry, and those coming in.
We are getting a very large order of food this morning, and will need to put it together. If you are coming in for the pantry, please bear with us while we get it all together. ❤️
We are still opening the door at noon, but we are not "open" for business, if that makes sense.

Suggestions on buying local beef?

Good afternoon. I ask that you refrain from nasty comments, debates, or judgements.

I'm sure you can see the amount of people asking for help with food right now. This has happened because of federal legislation changing the rules. People are going hungry. People that work two, or more jobs. People that are disabled. People that are homeless. Children that have both parents trying to scrape by, while the cost of living goes higher and higher. I now personally know every single person that has benefitted from what we're doing, and can say they are wonderful, hard-working people, from all walks of life.

So, if you would like to donate to the pantry, we need:

Pasta sauce
Pasta
Canned meat
Hot dogs
Lunch meat
Cheese
Bread
Eggs
Milk
Toilet paper
Household cleaners

I've opened up the cold case again, to hold those items, and we will not place our food in it. All of our baked goods will go near the register, in our refrigerators in back, or in the case in the front. I'm making room to accommodate.

If you would like to donate for the meals I personally make from the shop and hand out to people, all of those meals come from my personal pocket, and any donations would be meet with absolute love.

A HUGE shout-out to The Fruit Stand for donating the leftovers from their BBQ!
I've already delivered to two and had one pickup at the shop. More will go out Tuesday. ❤️❤️

We will be closed today for repairs. We'll be back at 10am on Thursday. I'll be making Chicken Divan, Rice Pilaf, and grilled artichoke hearts for the dinner special.
