🥖 Our take on the Vietnamese Bánh Mì! 🇻🇳

We start with toasted bread and load it up with your choice of our marinated grilled chicken, grilled pork, or fried tofu for a vegetarian option. Then we add pickled carrots & daikon, fresh cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro. 🌿

Is it traditional? Nope — it’s our take on a Bánh Mì, made the Raya’s Hot Kitchen way, and it’s still SO delicious. 😋

What an amazing Day yesterday celebrating our 5 year anniversary!! It gave us the opportunity to look back through the years of great times, challenges, new friends, surprises, and growth that we have been through! And my goodness do we feel humbled and happy about it all!

When we purchased this property in 2019, we had HUGE plans. While we havent been able to go a direct path to those plans, we are incredibly grateful to have built something amazing for a community we love so deeply!!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for the privilege of serving you, your families, your friends, neighbors and guests for 5 beautiful years. It is this phenomenal community that has made the Silos the place that it is!!!
