Prep Cook Needed 🧑‍🍳

We are looking for a very specific person for this role.

The ideal candidate👇
• Has restaurant cooking and prep experience
• Is servsafe certified, or understands food safety procedures and ready to become
• Can hustle and complete task without being supervised
• Is proficient at multi-tasking
• Is trustworthy and has references
• Is punctual
• Available Tuesday-Saturday

Once trained, we want someone that would be motivated to come in at 5am to start preparing the day. (Possibly earlier if desired)

Pay will depend on experience.

Rough start to dinner tonight. 🤯 We had a big pizza order going out to the high school football game and although the kitchen was able to knock it out, it left our expo short on space which caused a 25 minute mess getting to-go orders together and sent out.

If this affected you, I deeply apologize and we’ve already game planned on how to execute better next time. (More space would help tremendously!)

I’ve got to give it up to the crew for keeping level headed, getting through the rough spot, and continuing to kill it after that on our busiest day of the week.
