Easley… you showed up tonight. And I’ll be honest, we got our butts kicked.
We learned there’s such a thing as a pizza deal getting more love than our little kitchen can handle. Our hearts were in the right place. Our ability to keep up wasn’t.
We wanted to give families a night out they could feel good about paying for. But nobody comes out for a great deal expecting to wait an hour and a half for a pizza. If that was your experience, I’m sincerely sorry. You deserved better, and that’s on us.
Can I be real for a minute? This is our family business. Kasey and I have everything riding on it. Seeing the one star reviews come in tonight hurts. That doesn’t mean you weren’t entitled to be disappointed. It just means there are real people on this side of the counter going home pretty heartbroken about how the night went.
To those who gave our crew patience and kindness while we were buried, thank you. You have no idea how much that meant.
And if we did make you happy tonight, please consider sharing an honest review, too. Those good experiences matter, and hearing about them would mean a whole lot right now.
We have some things to figure out before the next big special. Giving back to this community matters to us, but we also have to deliver the food and service you deserve.
Tonight humbled us. We’re listening, we’re learning, and we hope you’ll give us another chance. We got schooled tonight and we’ll learn from it, I promise. This WILL make us better.
