💛 A little fresh air, a little animal love, and your favorite sip. 🎃☕

This Saturday, October 10, is World Mental Health Day, and I’ll be at Sherman’s Pumpkin Patch in Manchester from 10 AM–4 PM with The South Side Sip!

Come enjoy the farm animals, take in the fall air, and give yourself a little time to slow down. I’ll be loving on the animals between serving your favorite drinks! 🐐🍂

🌸 LOTUS LOVE, SKINNY STYLE! 🌸

Yesterday we talked plant power-today, let’s talk options! 💕 At The South Side Sip, we carry all our Lotus base flavors in the Skinny version! 🙌

Here’s what the Skinny Lotus base adds to your drink, before syrups or other extras:

🥤 16 oz: 7.5 calories | 4.5g carbs
🥤 24 oz: 12.5 calories | 7.5g carbs
🥤 32 oz: 17.5 calories | 10.5g carbs

Syrups and add-ins can add calories and carbs, but most of our syrups are available sugar-free, too! Just ask, we’ll help you mix up your favorite combo. ✨

Big flavor, made your way! 💚

🌿 A little plant power in your favorite sip! 🌿

Your Lotus refresher is more than a pretty drink! Lotus’s Plant Power 7 blend includes natural caffeine from green coffee beans, coffee fruit, guayusa, green tea extract, ashwagandha, elderberry and prebiotics. 💚 Naturally sourced caffeine helps give you that boost of energy and alertness!

⚡ Our regular Lotus drinks contain:
🥤 16 oz — 120 mg natural caffeine
🥤 24 oz — 200 mg natural caffeine
🥤 32 oz — 280 mg natural caffeine

Want your favorite flavor without the caffeine? We can make ANY Lotus drink caffeine-free! 🙌

And if carbonation gives you heartburn—or you just prefer no bubbles—ask for still water! That’s how I like mine. 😊

Your flavor. Your fizz. Your sip! 💕
