Meet Casey Jones, W**e Director at Coa Del Mar and the thoughtful force behind our award-winning w**e program.
For Casey, w**e is a reflection of a specific moment in time and place, with layers of history, character, and complexity waiting to be discovered. But what he loves most is the way w**e brings people together.

In the restaurant, Casey’s goal is to make w**e feel comfortable and approachable for everyone, whether they’re experienced collectors, trying something new for the first time, or simply looking for the perfect bottle to enjoy with dinner.
His vision has been to build a w**e program with breadth and diversity. One that balances familiar favorites with unique gems, elevates the food, and creates memorable experiences for every guest.
