✨Happy ESOP Week: in October we have a weeklong celebration with treats, drinks and other goodies for our hard-working members!
👉Did you know that all our restaurants are 100% owned by our Employee Stock Ownership Plan?
Our ESOP is a qualified retirement plan where Bardenay contributed shares into a trust fund for its employees. Workers do not pay out-of-pocket for these shares, and they typically cash them out or sell them back to the company when they retire or leave. Congrats to all of our staff!

Bardenay in Coeur d'Alene is proud to be a home for a gnome. We also could be a shelf for an elf, an aerie for a fairy, serve a goblet for a hobbit, and a Sprite for a, um, sprite.
