Pork Loin Jägerschnitzel with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut with bacon, and steamed vegetables.

"Hunter's schnitzel." A tender pork loin cutlet stretched thin and pan-fried until golden, served beneath a dark velvety sauce with mushrooms, shallots, and cream. A beloved classic of the German table and cousin to the French escalope chasseur.

This delicious mushroom sauce could ALMOST be called “gravy”. Shhh…. Don’t tell Chef Franck we said that!

Great news! Our best girl, “Kinky Minky” has given up the “mom life” and is spayed and ready to have a fresh start with a nice bed and lots of scritches.

At only 10 months old, she still has lots of cuddly kitten snuggles in a little 6 pound package. She is a petite little house panther with a gloriously silky coat.

Minky is 100% ready and willing to bond with her new people and other pets. She has fully embraced living life indoors with a full bowl, rather than the dirty old shed she and her surviving baby was found in. She loves dogs and other cats, but would be better suited for a family without small children (she might try to parent them 😄).

In case you hadn’t guessed, Miss Minky has an adorably quirky kink to the end of her tail that fits her personality perfectly.
