Thank you Vail Valley! Our first dinner offering was a success 🥘🍚🍛 As a small business taking baby steps, your excitement and support make a huge difference!

Special thanks to Little Bird Commissary Kitchen for making all this possible, and Willow B Murphy and Andrew Pranger for spreading the word—their enthusiasm for Indian food is where this all started!

We’ll be back in December with an exciting local collaboration 🎄 and are planning a second dinner offering in January ✨

Deepavali is a Sanskrit word meaning row of lights (often spelled Diwali). It is a major Indian festival marked by feasting, gifts, and lighting of lamps 🥘🎁🪔

The festival gets its name from the row (avali) of clay lamps (deepa) that Indians light outside their homes to symbolize the inner light that protects from spiritual darkness ✨✨✨
