New broista alert! 🚨
Hello! I’m Jabari and yes I am the guy behind the bar you’ve seen the last couple months. I am currently in the Army National Guard waiting to return to training where I will be working on the CH-47 Chinook. When im not making drinks I am hanging out with my girlfriend, binging a show, or playing video games!

For 32 years, Jitters has been proud to serve Kaladi Brothers Coffee to our community.

We’ve seen the recent conversation and were surprised by some of the strong reactions from members of our community we love and support. We care deeply about every cup we serve, and we remain committed to doing better and continuing to earn your trust. We are grateful for the incredible support you show us every day, and we’re especially thankful for the many kind reviews, familiar faces, and busy mornings that keep our family business going.

If a drink ever isn’t up to the standard you expect from Jitters, please let us know directly. We genuinely welcome thoughtful feedback, it gives us the chance to listen, look into it, and make it right.

Thank you for supporting local, for sharing your honest thoughts with kindness, and for letting our family serve yours. ☕️
