Tonight, the City of Eagle River voted NO to the Conditional Use Permit for the National Corporation that is U-Haul to build storage units in front of our resturant.

We are beyond grateful of the Eagle River City Council for thier decision and taking the time to digest this issue and come to a COMMON SENSE conclusion.

We want to give a special thank you to all of the people who were out spoken and in support of our efforts to stop this.

- All of our regulars and long time patrons who made phone calls, wrote letters, and showed up to speak.

- All of those who wrote Impact Letters explaining the damage that this would cause

- Particularly the City Clerk and Administrator for helping us navigate the procedural processes of City Government.
