Meet Chef Vito!
Born in Hawaii and raised in Anchorage, Chef Vito brings over two decades of culinary experience to the Stalk kitchen. His path through Alaska’s restaurant industry led him to the Valley, where he helped open Chophouse at Lake Lucille and continued refining his craft. Through connections built along the way, he eventually found his way to Stalk, where the transition felt natural from day one thanks to the strong relationships and shared passion for great food already in place.
As one of the talented chefs behind the scenes, Vito thrives on working with exceptional ingredients and continuously honing his craft. His passion lies in cooking with fire, bringing precision, consistency, and care to every dish that leaves the kitchen. If it’s hot, beautifully prepared, and not a steak, there’s a good chance Chef Vito had a hand in it.
Beyond the kitchen, Vito is a devoted father who cherishes every moment he can spend with his daughter. His dedication, humility, and commitment to excellence make him such an important part of our team, and we’re incredibly grateful to have him as part of the Stalk family. 🤍
