I accidentally overslept this morning so I am a little behind on time tables.

We are open now until 9pm tonight.

Currently we only have Brisket available, along with all sides.
Traditional Beef Ribs (Not Dino Ribs) should be done by 1pm
Pork Belly Burnt Ends “SHOULD” be ready by 4pm.
NO Pulled Pork Today.

I’ve seen a ton of toys & RV’s headed out of town.

For those of y’all that stayed in town, I did up several racks of Dino Ribs and several Briskets!!
The first few racks of Dino Ribs are already ready to go!!

Gooooooooood Afternoon BBQ Fans!!!

It is such a beautiful day out there!!!
Yesterday’s class went well, and I’m certified for another 5yrs!
I was able to get in extra early this morning and got a couple smaller briskets done up along with some delicious ‘Dino Ribs’

So we WILL HAVE small batches of Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, and ‘Dino Ribs’ ready to go by 3pm today!
If you just want to enjoy this beautiful weather and make someone else do the cooking….. WE GOT YOU!!! We’ll be open from 3pm till 9pm tonight.

As always, BBQ is 1st come, 1st served.

Gooooooooood Afternoon BBQ fans!!!!

I do have an all day recertification course I have to attend tomorrow (Tuesday June 2nd) so we will not have any Brisket on Wednesday June 3rd.
Buuuuuuuuuuuut I was able to find a few cases of ‘Dino Ribs’. So I will be doing several Racks on Wednesday, which should be ready to go by 3pm.

As long as we can keep a steady stock, we will start offering Dino Ribs on Wednesdays.

AGAIN, NO BRISKET ON WEDNESDAY 3 JUN 26

The BBQ capital of the world is in serious trouble. Droughts and operating costs have decimated the beef industry, forcing many restaurants who purchase large quantities of beef to shut down.

“This is as bad as it gets,” Houston-area pitmaster Russell Roegels told the Washington Post, "You’re one bad week from closing.”

Ground beef prices have gone up 15% from a year ago, and pitmasters say wholesale brisket now costs $6 per pound before smoking, trimming and labor — meaning restaurants have to charge as much as $35 to $40 per pound just to stay in business.

Goooooooooood Morning BBQ Fans!!

I got bombarded with requests to do some more Dino Ribs. Well……. Today is the day!

We will have small batches of Brisket & Pulled Pork today. Also a limited amount of Dino Ribs (after pre-orders, we have about 15 available for purchase.
We will also have some à la carte baked potatoes!!
The Taters comes standard with Butter & SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) and then we can customize from there! Want pulled pork….Done….. want it smothered in Chili….. You Got It!!! Doused In Nacho Cheese…. Absolutely!!

As always, BBQ is 1st come, 1st served!
