I seen my sister at the store of course I had call her right away. Just to say hi and I missed her. I told her I heard about her husbands grandma passing today and to tell him my condolences to Wanda Linds family. She said she was just talking to our other sister about the recent loss of grandmas (uncis) lately.. she said my sister told her:

“God (tunkash) must of had a very important bingo game in heaven when he called all our grandmas all home.” 😭❤️

Hope everyone is healing from the loss we’ve all been experiencing lately. Just another good conversation I wanted share. Especially hard to keep moving with a heavy heart. But I’m happy each and everyone of you are all here with us still. Always blessed to see another day. 🙏🏼

Thursday 4/18 - Catch us at the Old Tribal Office Hall in Eagle Butte, SD open DINNER from 4pm to 7pm or SOLD OUT. We will have our full menu available!! No specials today like the Baked Potato or Boudin Balls as we are short staffed.. only 2 of us in the truck today. Due to two people calling out.🤞🏼

I am so sorry I haven’t been home much and traveling.. tomorrow I’ll be open all day from 11am to 6pm before I leave again for the weekend. We will have our full menu. But I want y’all to be the first try our:

1. Loaded Birria Baked Potato ($15 each) 🥔
-Large potato, with butter, salt/pepper, topped with mozzarella cheese, birria meat, nacho cheese, sour cream, onions/cilantro/lime. Comes with a cup of consumme to pour on!

Or

2. Hot Cheeto Birra Boudin Balls (2 for $15 or 3 for $20) 🔴
-3 first sized balls stuffed with Mercys Mexican rice if you know you know plus mozzarella cheese and birria meat.. dipped into eggs then to flour then to eggs and back to hot Cheeto crumbs and deep fried until crispy. With a cup of consumme and nacho cheese topped with cilantro/onion/lime!

I’ll have limited amount of each! As it’s only a special. Everyone else drop a comment what you want to see added to the menu!!! Or both!! 🤤🤤

I haven’t been open the last few days! I’ve been feeling under the weather since Monday. Mainly nauseous with a headache that comes and goes. Hoping one more day off to rest and I’ll be back to it this weekend!

I have an open weekend with no plans.. where should we come? I’ll be open in Eagle Butte tomorrow from 11am to 6pm I try to open at home at least one day a week. ❤️🤞🏼

Today, I went to pay my respects to my dad’s wife Kristan and her family.. since the loss of their Grandma Annabelle.❤️

Laughter is good medicine! We were all sitting down eating and enjoying company of family. Anyways if you’ve been to a native wake they always give away things to people attending. Kristan was like “We had to give away a clock and everyone laughed saying you know us NDNs run on NDN time we don’t need a clock.. go give it to someone who looks white like they use a clock.” I bust out laughing and pulled out the CLOCK! LMAO told her “No wonder they came up to me all nervous asking if I wanted a clock! How dare you guys!” Mind you I’m 23/32 native. Good laugh! 🤣❤️

The tricky party with iPhones is getting locked out because they are so secure and having to wipe it completely. Thankfully I got home and was able to wipe it then back it up to the last backup from my iMac. Happy to finally be back into my phone.. crazy how when you think about it. Our phones protect so much. Banks accounts, if you’re business your Sqaure (payments), and access to all socials. Myself runs my business completely through my phone.

I had a few day break from socials which was nice! Now to plan the rest of my week! Thank you to everyone who reach out to help. ❤️

SOLD OUT AT 10:50! Phew!!! First customer was a 4 legged sunka. That happy he was too! 😆🐕

I hope you missed us as much as we missed you! We even shut down for a bit to get stuff situated at the spot we are staying, put away extra supplies, and got extra meat for tomorrow. The last two customers I scrounged up some free tacos for. See you guys tomorrow from 12pm to 8pm to 10pm! 🤞🏼❤️

GOT IT FIGURED OUT.. her fridge and appliances are burnt out. 😭😭

DEE’Z food truck (the pink one) had someone hook them up to the control panel and it shut everything off in their truck.. when turned back on they have no AC and their fridge ain’t working. (She mentioned a burnt smell) come on locals let’s get them help so they can continue to open all weekend! Yall always pulled through for me no matter what I needed. The best! 🙏
