We want you to have a great, safe eating experience whether it’s dine in, take out or catering. When our label says gluten free. The food is gluten free

Plenty of caterers list gluten free items. Far fewer can tell you what equipment those items were cooked on, what else ran through that equipment that morning, or who handled the tray on the way out the door.

For a guest with celiac disease, that is the entire question.

Someone with celiac disease might mention it once, early on, to whoever books the food. After that they stop bringing it up. Asking again feels like making it everyone else’s problem, so they show up, take what looks safe, and handle it quietly.
