Saturday Night Chef Special

Smothered Ground Sirloin -a juicy 10 oz ground sirloin steak topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, smothered in rich beef gravy, and finished with melted Swiss cheese
This special comes with soup, salad and your choice potato.

We will also have Loaded Mashed Potatoes as a side option.

We plan on a busy weekend with Summer Toy Show in town so we recommend reservations for both Friday and Saturday night.

We wanted to give everyone a quick update about our Saturday night specials.

For the time being, we will be pausing our Prime Rib dinners on Saturday nights. With beef prices currently at a high point and demand typically slowing down during the summer months, this change helps us continue to serve quality food while keeping things sustainable.

In place of Prime Rib, we’ll be featuring a rotating Chef’s Special each Saturday night. This gives us a chance to bring you something new, creative, and delicious every week — and we’re excited to mix things up a bit!

We will be announcing on Monday our chef's special for the weekend so be sure to keep an eye on our page for what's coming up.

This weeks feature: Fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Ribs- Slow cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. You won't want to miss it!

Don’t worry — this isn’t goodbye to Prime Rib forever. We fully plan on bringing it back when the timing makes sense.
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we can’t wait for you to try what we have in store!
