Coby Jo's Diner in Dyersburg is a great community gem! Serving breakfast & lunch, you're sure to find something you'll love! Coby Jo's is owned by Coby & his wife Amanda Jo Kimbrell. Coby never worked in the food industry until 7 years ago, when he opened the diner. He learned how to cook from his grandmothers, Betty Kimbrell and Millie Bane. Coby learned his BBQ skills from his father, Wayne. Coby Jo's brings in people who enjoy a mom & pop, small-town diner experience. They've had customers from California, Montana, New York and several other states across the US! Coby says, "We love seeing people enjoy our small diner. Thank you all for the continued support."
