Uwa Roll— it’s the absolute crown jewel of our menu 👑 It’s a roll that is not rolled 🤣
It’s Battera style (pressed) sushi that is layered and topped with 8 different kinds of sashimi and premium garnishes. Because it’ so intricately layered, every single bite feels like a completely new dish 😍
It’s a MUST-TRY item for sure!

Sign Installation ✅
It was our sign installation day, but when we came to work this morning, the road in front of us were blocked and they were breaking the ground 🤪
They said they will pave the road and finish today but we were still worried.
Sure enough, they were done by 5pm and my sign company arrived at 7pm and signs were installed by 9pm… 🙃
The signs are up and now we really look like we are ready for business!

The grand reveal didn’t go exactly as planned, but we’re firm believers that everything happens for a reason.
