We are feeling honored and blessed to have such a great review written by Greg Cox and pictures by Juli Leonard from The News & Observer. First of all thank you Greg for swinging by and trying out our food and our concept that we love bringing out to Durham and to our amazing loyal fans across the Tri-Angle and thank you to Juli for the beautiful pictures.
We started this truck with hopes that we could add a new twist and addition in the area, our goal is to take Indian Cuisine and infuse it with as many other cultures as we can. We want to let people try a new flavor and open up those who haven't tried the cuisine because they fear it might be to spicy for them or they're overwhelmed by the intensity of the menus at their local curry house. But we love keeping things very simple here from your all time classic dishes (Chicken Tikka Masala) to dishes (Bombay Steak Nachos) that was just a thought while having a pint at the local. We are thankful to our hardworking and dedicated team that has made this all happen over the past year and a half. We're great-full to our loyal fans that have continued to enjoy our quirky treats and we look forward to keep bringing you some more of the Awesomeness.
